Joe has 13+ years of Investment Banking and Public Accounting experience and has advised on over $25 billion of transactions across M&A, take-privates, corporate restructurings, and served as active book-runner on over $10 billion of high-yield and investment-grade debt and equity transactions. Joe’s main focus is primarily on Digital Infrastructure and Services and previously worked in TMT Investment Banking at both Jefferies and Citigroup.
